The Premium+ laying nest is designed for the production of premium-quality hatching eggs. The eggs remain perfectly clean and the proper treatment prevents damage to the eggs. The hatching percentage of the eggs is high because the quality of the eggshell is carefully maintained. The number of floor eggs is reduced to a minimum due to high nest acceptance. Our Premium+ nest is the benchmark for the breeding industry and can rightly be called the heart of your poultry house!

The Premium slat is designed to give optimal support and grip to the birds feet. This is not only essential in order to avoid leg problems but also gives optimum support during mating. Good manure passage allows hygienic conditions and contributes to clean slats and nests.

The VDL Jansen egg packer is robust and made of high quality non-corrosive material. The careful treatment of the eggs results in more first class (hatching) eggs.

Eggs produced with the utmost care, should be transported with the same care. VDL Jansen designed the FlexBelt egg conveyor belt specially for this purpose.

The MultiFlex Elevator transports eggs from egg belts located at different tiers in an aviary system to a cross conveyor. It is able to bridge large differences in heights without the need of complicated conveyor systems.

The AviaView 2.0 aviary system provides a perfect overview of the birds and nests, and stimulates an optimal production of high quality eggs. Integrated walk ways are easy accessible and make inspection of the upper nests easy. All birds and nests are located at eye level.

VDL Jansen designed the Comfort 2.0 Inside aviary system to make it easier for the birds to move between the different tiers of the system. Wire mesh stairs in the system connect the different tiers. This enhances the bird movement within an aviary row.

EggMaxx is VDL Jansen’s newest cage free housing system, designed for the United States. Engineered and approved by layers to meet the proportional requirements on usable area, nest area, feed trough and perch length, and helps to maximize the egg output of cage free facilities.

The BroMaxx broiler colony system ensures perfect environment, hygiene and animal health and therefore maximum growth and a uniform broiler flock with premium meat quality. The system is designed for high bird density and smart harvesting methods result in significant labour savings.

The new BroMaxx Mobile Conveyor enables harvesting of all tiers and rows of the BroMaxx colony system at the same time. The Collection Unit is placed behind the colony system. Tiers one and three transport broilers to one side of the house while tiers two and four transport birds to the opposite side. Simultaneous running of all belts not only ensures a high harvesting capacity, but also saves time and labour.
