The first step in our services is to determine together with the client the project idea and to convert that into a requirements list. For the design of a project it is essential to have a good requirements list. In this phase all typical starting points will be subtracted and completed based on our experience. From the requirements list and project idea we continue our activities, with the objective to create a clear overall design for a greenhouse project, illustrated with drawings, a description of the technologies and a +/- 15 % investment calculation as well as a cost-price calculation.

Based on design we can estimate investment costs (CAPEX) and make calculations on the operational / production costs (OPEX).
