Lelite is a nutrient soil that has been composed especially for water lilies. It contains loam and all components for an exellent development of water lilies. Owing to the special and light structure of the mix Lelite allows sufficient oxygen to prevent the roots from choking. Also as a result of the minerals and trace elements added, a duly throughrooted ball of soil will form and healthy growth of the lily involved will be the result.

In co-operation with Moerings water plant nursery, Velda introduces a new variety of pond plant soil. The unique mixture guarantees optimum circulation of water, by which acidification is prevented and fantastic growth of the roots and flowering of the plant is achieved. This pond plant soil contains few organic components and is guaranteed acid free.

Superdensa is a complete substrate for plants which are growing entirely under water, the so-called oxygen producing plants. These plants absorb large amounts of nutrients and provide high oxygen water for a healthy pond environment. Oxygen plants thrive optimally with this light and porous growth substrate.

In nature CO₂ is a primary nutrient for almost all vegetable organisms. This applies to for plants which grow on the land, but certainly also to water plants. Under the influence of (sun) light plants take in CO₂ and covert it into sugars, which are necessary for growth. This consequently makes CO₂to be a very important factor in the development of the pond plants.

Velda growth balls are extremely suitable for local fertilisation of water lilies and marsh plants. Nutrients, tracer elements and minerals are passed on directly to the plant roots, which will result in a lush growth. Press the growth balls in the soil near the plant roots. This packing is sufficient for 0,5 m2 of bottom or 2 plant baskets.

Super growth balls of Velda have been made especially for fertilization of water lilies and marsh plants. Nutrients, trace elements and minerals are delivered at once to plant roots, as a result of which luxurious growth and flowering is obtained of all kinds of water plants. Take care that growth balls will be put in the immediate environment of the roots of plants. Growth balls have been made from blue loam and they solely contain natural fertilizers.
