Over the years, our high/low control system has proven to achieve significant savings on electricity in tandem with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) motors.

VengSystem - Ammonia Air Cleaning System for Livestock Farms

Ammonia cleaning is better and more cost-effective than slurry cooling. When using slurry cooling, you have to cool at 20 Watt per m2 to reduce ammonia emissions by just 10 %. An ammonia cleaner in your gestation crate set to remove 40 % eliminates the need for slurry cooling in all your livestocks, and consumes less than 2 kW power per year. The ammonia cleaning system discharges nitrogen extraction into the slurry. The nitrogen is then accessible as fertiliser. The system filters out dust and pathogenic bacteria. If official requirements change, the ammonia cleaner can easily be adjusted to a higher rate of efficiency.
