We have high precision Horizontal Turning Centers with FANUC® controllers which can turn upto 300mm diameter and upto 600mm lengths with accuracy of 3 microns. Capable of machining all types of threading, knurling and slotting jobs.

We custom machine all the material grades as per the custom requirement of the customers and OEMs. We support all the OEM programs. We manufacture machined components for all ranges of Excavators, Back Hoe loaders, Skid steers and other forestry equipment. We machine components from Steel Alloys like EN8D, 20MnCr5, 20MnV5, 25CrMO4, Low Carbon Steels, High Carbon Steels, Chrome Steels, Chrome Vanadium Steels, Molybdenum Steels and Copper Alloys like Brass Bronze along with Composites, nylon, PFTE and Plastics.
