Feed Cart

Battery power and stainless steel are two well-known features of the Weaverline feed carts. Efficient electric power provides smooth, quiet operation with no toxic fumes. The high-speed discharge and fast apron speeds cut feeding time, unloading the 31-bushel cart of corn silage in 35 seconds. Hydrostatic drive gives you fingertip control of the cart in either forward or reverse. The stainless steel box section and stainless steel augers greatly increase the life of the cart. The all stainless steel conveyor system in the series 5 carts is comprised of the stainless gap-link chain, stainless steel sprockets, and stainless steel slats. The gap-hook chain design allows the slat to be fastened around the side bar of the link, thus avoiding the stress points of other types of attachment. The chain is self-centering on the narrow stainless steel sprockets which results in an extremely easy running, low wear conveyor system.

Silage Packer

The most common method for packing a silage pile or trench is to run a heavy tractor across the surface as it is being filled. While this can be effective, tractor manufacturers and tire manufacturers focus their designs on reducing compaction-a benefit for field work but a major disadvantage when it comes to packing effectively. The Weaverline Silage Packer, with 30" steel wheels and large capacity weight boxes is an efficient and very effective packing alternative. The weight boxes, when filled with sand, deliver approximately 1,000 pounds per wheel. Each wheel is made of steel discs with a 3-inch wide stainless steel rim. The heavy-duty 5" steel-tube axle is mounted with bronze bushings to the 1/2 steel frame. the solid steel design delivers optimal packing performance.

Landscape Mulcher

By mulching with the Weaverline Mulch Master you can save up to 80% on your mulching time over mulching by hand. You can mulch a bale of straw in as fast as 30 seconds. With the optional 30 ft or 40 ft. flexible hose, mulch can be placed easily in tight spots and difficult to reach areas. the Mulch Master fits easily onto pickups, trucks or trailers. Units are skid mounted for easy loading and unloading. The Weaverline KB 1300 series Mulch Master is available with either the smooth-running and powerful 16 h.p. Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine or a 13 h.p. Honda engine, or can be configured as a three point hitch, PTO drive machine. Also available as options are a rotating gooseneck and a hose handle kit.

Bedding Chopper

The KB1255 with the 13 HP Honda makes quick work of straw at less than 60 seconds per bale. The adjustable grate has six settings to control output and cutting length. The carrier for the extra bale folds up when not in use. A plastic top overlay and the adjustable plastic wear strip found on all Weaverline choppers helps eliminate any binding caused by the material being chopped and is very important when chopping newspaper. Economy models with a single swivel wheel and a 9 HP Honda or Briggs & Stratton are available as well as units with an electric motor. A bottom discharge model for mounting over a conveyor system leading to a T.M.R. mixer is also available. The aggressive 76-Knife rotor with a spiral design assures an even power curve for uniform continuous cutting with less horsepower. This rotor, with its double V-belt drive for efficient transfer of power, is the heart of the high-capacity Weaverline Bale Choppers.
