The Double Bar wine barrel rack is our most versatile rack. It offers both strength and stability, holds two barrels and is available powder coated mild steel in the color of your choice, or stainless steel. It comes in a huge range of sizes from 15 gallon to puncheon!

Our Four Barrel Rack, affectionately named Big Foot, has great stability with a 7” forklift opening. With more than double the base of our two barrel racks, it is our prime recommendation for stacking six barrels high.

The Barrel Master system is a rack-on-rack structure, which provides the most visibility and accessibility to your barrels. It allows mixing of barrels, taller stacks, with extra stability, visibility and accessibility. When empty, this barrel rack can be nested into a neat stack for storage. The Barrel Master is available in the color of your choice, or a special double coat: primer plus powder coat. You have the option of wheels or traditional cradles. With wheels, barrels can be rotated 180 degrees in either direction from its starting point. 

With only a 4" opening, the Low Profile Barrel Rack is perfect for those with a low ceiling or who otherwise do not require a tall stack.

Carries two plastic bins or one Harvest Bin. Rear stepping board with tapered corners. Forklift required to unload bins.

Height: 48". Rail: 1 5/8" round tube. Wire: non-climb. Gauge: 20 gauge tube. Latch: 30" 3-16" welded chain. Hinges: 5/8" x 12" threaded rod. Vertical Rails: one rail for 8`, 10` and 12` gates, two rails for 14` and 16` gates. Finish: Silver TUFF GUARD polyester powder coating.

We are the only manufacturer to use powder coating (baked enamel) to coat steel bins. The inside coating of the bins is FDA approved food grade epoxy powder coating in a choice of white or gray. The outside coating is exterior grade polyester powder coating, which is available in several colors.
