Factory-welded silos are used in almost all industries. KURZ Silosysteme can manufacture these silos up to a diameter of 6,200 mm. In addition to transport by truck, the silos can also be shipped from a neighbouring jetty by ship. Silo components such as filters, overfill prevention devices, walk-on devices and discharge aids are also part of the range. Mechanical or pneumatic systems for filling and emptying the silos can be added to the scope of delivery. In order to reduce assembly times on site to a minimum, the silos can be completely pre-installed at the factory. Once installed, the system is almost ready for operation.

We provide you with reliable and competent support from the first factory inspection to the prescribed assembly and commissioning checks, right through to staff training and initial filling. It goes without saying that we also take care of maintenance and the prescribed regular inspections of the systems that have been put into operation.

When size matters, site-welded silos are used in addition to bolted silos. This is because this silo design can also maximise volume while minimising transport costs. The silo segments, which are prefabricated according to the individual requirements, are delivered in sizes suitable for transport and assembly and welded on site. Individual assemblies have already been checked for accuracy of fit during manufacture.
