Williames Feed Bins are designed to continuously feed soil into a tray filler or potting machine to eliminate the double or multiple handling of soil. Williames Feed Bins are constructed in heavy gauge steel, are reliable and simple to operate. Robust constructions means low maintenance requirements giving high productivity and high profitability. They have variable speed controls with adjustable belt tension and tracking. Bin extenders can be added to increase soil volume capacity. Williames Feed Bins can be supplied with single or three phase power supply.

Williames Fillers fill all known trays, pots or punnets with a wide range of growing media filling standard–but also deep, narrow cells–with a smooth consistent density.

Williames Soil Mixers employ inner and outer helical ribbon augers for dual axial and rotational mixing that ensures a fast, gentle and thorough mixing action. Williames Soil Mixers can be used for mixing a range of materials: soil, peat, animal feeds, some construction materials and chemical feeds.Williames Soil Mixers can be built with optional walkway, steps, bin tipper and are available in five sizes. Williames Covering Machines are designed for high volume commercial seeding operations to dispense an even layer of covering to the tray e.g., vermiculite, after the tray has been seeded. They can be programmed to operate at variable speeds and come in three standard sizes: the V2;  the V5 and the new V10 Vermiculite Coverer available for the Williames ST2500 Seeding Line to accommodate two trays being processed simultaneously side-by-side.

Williames Standard Pot Filler is designed for large scale commercial pot & bag filling. It is suitable for filling a wide range of pot & bag sizes and bin extenders can be added to increase the hopper capacity and a optional castor-wheel kit is available for those wanting mobility.

Williames DIBBER POINTS are designed and built as a parabolic curve — a shape that smoothly creates a space for the seed of a specific width and depth without either digging into or compacting the growing media/soil. Williames DIBBER POINTS make an indentation precisely in the centre of each cell — in all known types of tray. Williames DIBBER POINTS make the indentation at the optimum depth in the cell to achieve the greatest possible germination rate of all types of seed.

Williames Watering Tunnels are designed to water the tray after it has been filled, seeded and covered. Water is sprayed across the width of the tray as it is passed underneath by a conveyor belt. A variety of interchangeable attachments are available, depending on the volume of watering required.

Williames Soil Elevators are designed to cope with strenuous day-to-day nursery activity. They are simple to use, robustly built and have many uses including moving soil, manure, animal feed, construction material and chemical solids.
