Fully Automatic FISH Pre-treatment System is an instrument used in pathology, independently developed and produced by Wuhan HealthCare Biotechnology Co., Ltd. It completely replaces the traditional manual operation mode by the automatic and standardized pretreatment of paraffin sections/slices [formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE)] in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) detection. It can process heated sample slides quickly, dewaxing and perform enzymatic digestion to release nucleic acids for qualitative or quantitative detection of nucleic acids in the tissue.
