SunMaster DuraLight uses a mineral barrier which gives it a slightly milky appearance. Not only does it diffuse the light and reflect the near infra red (from the sun)  but the light also penetrates better to the lower leaves of the plant which makes for a more efficient plant because all of the leaves are photosynthesising. This lowers the leaf or fruit temperature (as well as the operators temperature) and with adequately ventilated structures the leaf/fruit or operators temperature can be lower inside the greenhouse than it is outside. This does not however lower the temperature when the sun is not shining brightly.

DuraLight Clear is the same in all respects to the DuraLight Diffused except that it doesnt have a diffuser. This makes it slightly warmer earlier in the year than the diffused, but we make it for those growers who prefer a clear film.

Tiger Rope is a polysteel rope. It is made from a mixture of polypropylene and polyethylene (PP & PE) which, mixed together in the melt stage, makes a rope which is stronger than a rope made from either polymer component on its own. It is specially made for us and we call it Tiger Rope™ because we have one strand braided in of a different colour. We change the colour of this strand in every production run so that you can accurately identify the age of the rope. Sold in coils of 240 X 220m coils on a pallet

The Eazy Grip Rope Puller (`V` cleat) uses the same technology used by sailors for centuries. The V grips the rope without causing any damage to the rope itself (see picture above).  It is simple and speedy, fits in the palm of your hand and costs a fraction of the price of an ascender as used for climbing. Suitable for ropes from 6-8mm. Sold singly.

XL`s white Truss Support Tape is made from virgin PVC coated cloth and has no stretch.  Ideal for use with Truss Support tape clip. 50mm wide x 100m long. Sold separately.

Raspberry Netting is available in rolls of 500m long and is made from a mixture of PP, HDPE with UV stabilisers using an extrusion process. We stock 2.05m net with a mesh size of 170mm x 150mm although other sizes are available. 

Bird netting is 100% HDPE knitted and weighs 16g per square metre. Life expectancy is Northern Europe is 6 years continuous life.
