Grape stalk aspirators in AISI304 stainless steel for batches of stalks up to 80 tons / h. of grapes. The stalk aspirator is suitable for connection to ø200 mm. PVC piping. This specific construction makes it reversible (DX-SX) while the anchor points are equipped with silent-blocks to minimize the noise and vibrations transmitted. All the fans are dynamically balanced to minimize vibrations and preserve the integrity of the motor bearings. We build cyclones also for stalk discharge and support columns both in stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized iron (optional).

The destemmer-crusher Emme 60 is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304. The speed variator allows optimization of destemming with different types of grapes. A second speed variator helps to regulate the speed of the loading auger.

The Pneumatic Presses "PnZeta" are entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel. Any high quality components that we use (e.g. Becker compressors, Bonfiglioli reduction units etc.) are standard, and are pivoting, braking wheels.
