The sieve surface rotates in the plane, while the movement of materials on the sieve surface is spiral, so it can ensure the sufficient screening for high cleaning efficiency.

MLGQ series rice huller is a newly developed product because of integrating advanced worldwide husking technology with local condition. It is mainly used for hulling paddy and separating rice husks with a high hulling rate, less breakage as well as good performance of separation. Husk separation adopts traditional vertical suction channel, thus meeting the needs of middle and large rice processing plants and becoming an ideal upgrade product for the modern rice processing factories.

MLGT series rice huller, as a kind of industrial grain processing machine, is mainly used for hulling paddy and separating rice husk. The rice huller realizes the hulling purpose through the press and twist force between a pair of rubber rollers. Mechanical control system among counter weight and lever maintains a constant pressure between rubber rollers, which ensures a uniform husking ratio. Besides, the gearbox is adopted for speed controller, greatly improving technological effects, lowering consumption and obtaining more economic benefits.

SM series emery roller rice milling machine is used for whitening brown rice, it can also polish white rice by changing the milling emery roller into the polishing roller. The biggest highlight is that the whitening grade can be adjustable through replacing different emery roller shapes and adjusting the width of rice blades and turning milling machine speed. This milling machine have a wide range of application in brown rice whitening factory and rice mill production line.

NF series air-spraying rice milling equipment is suitable for whitening clean rice which sprayed air from the milling roller into the whitening chamber to increase rolling times for much better whitening process. This rice milling machine can be used dependently or used as the polisher with humidification change the polishing roller, it is applicable in rice mill of the production capacity from 120-160 ton per day.
