 Zibo Chenze’s Disc Chippers are specialty equipment for high quality wood chips production. These are used extensively in MDF Board, particle Board industry and Pulp and paper mills, which can be used as part of the wood handling process,and also well suitable as fuel for high intensity burning in modern heating plants. The raw material use for these chippers is mainly wood logs.

Scope of application : MDF, OSB and forest products industry. Its debarking clean rate is more than 90%. Usage : Removing bark from wooden logs. Series rotary drum debarking line adopts world advanced technology. It has advantages of compact structure, lower energy consumption, higher clean debarking and larger productive capacity. Capacity : 80-130 cbm/h. It is the preferred equipment for artificial slabs, papermaking industry and wood chips production bases.

The complete wood handling line is used for pulp paper and MDF industry of logs debarker and chipping. The roller debarker is designed for peeling the barks from the tree with large capacity . This debarker have simple and strong structure, low in failure rate and long in service life.The completely sets of roller debarker machine contained : infeed conveyor ,debarker part, oulet belt conveyor for barks under the debaker machine ,output conveyor for barks ,output roller conveyor for logs which have debarked.
