The PD-X1 was designed to dispense round and square pots into shuttle trays. Easy changeover between different pot sizes was a main focus on the engineering of this dispenser. This is accomplished using cartridge style components that are easily swapped for different sized pots. The PD-X1 can be installed to work with your current filling machine in-feed conveyor. A unique “learning” feature makes initial setup easy and up to 10 tray setups can be programmed. This machine is capable of filling 400 shuttle trays per hour, and trouble shooting is provided by an on-screen display. Conveyor is not included.
