PRODUCT INFORMATION SAWMILLS PRODUCT INFORMATION Sawmills - the convenient sawline More and more owners discover how profitable and convenient it is to be able to process the wood itself with its own sawmill. And more and more finds out that there is a one-man sawmill from Lennartsfors they should go for if they want to make it easy for themselves. Together with Jonsered the chain-saw mills where developed back in the 90s and then came the band saws. The products have always been produced by Lennartsfors but sold through Jonsered and Husqvarna's sales organizations. Now the sawmills are marketed exclusively by Lennartsfors but still with the same good quality and service. Several of the dealers we have today, are authorized dealers for Husqvarna and Jonsered products. We offer band sawmils - both can be delivered either by an electric motor or with a gasoline engine All our products working on the principle of a trolley mounted on rails which are placed at ground level. A rail construction at ground level is minimal lift to stocks and less heavy lifting. The rails are the same regardless of which products you want to use and you can add extra rail sections so that you can fit more products in the same track or want to process extra-long logs. The saw mill consists of a saw carriage with variable height adjustment and a scale marked with the most common wood dimensions. The Timber Cutter is equipped with different milling tools for log size of 5, 6 and 8”. The timber cutter can be used on the same rail sections as the sawmills and the saw log can be milled with the Timber Cutter direct after sawing, without moving the log. It is equipped with two cutter head which reduces setup time when switching the side to be milled. As standard you can choose between cutter tools, from 5” up to 8” for both the cutter heads. The teeth of the saw band are ground automatically. The grinding depth is adjustable. The grinding angle can be adjusted for three different positions, 7, 10 and 14 degrees. A stones and a jig to get the right form on the disk is enclosed. The grinding device is delivered in a box where the supports and the stand are included. Saw blade Part No. 531 0194-85 Delivered with 5 blades of blade steel with tooth point hardened teeth per pack. The blade has a tooth pitch of 25 mm. Is delivered in a box. Setting tongs Part No. 531 0195-74 The setting tongs are adapted for saw blades to the band saw mill. The tongs have a fixed position and set the tooth 0,5 mm. Rail section Part No. 531 0137-90 Rail section for sawmill 2 m. The same version for both band and chainsaw. Is delivered complete with log support, log locking device and support legs. Log locking device Part No. 531 0194-47 Log locking device as an additional accessory for assembly on the log stands. Can be assembled on all log stands. The locking device is variably adjustable and the log is secured with an eccentric. Additional log stand Part No. 531 0137-92 The rail section is prepared to mount a additional log stand on each 2 metre sections. An ideal accessory if the wood is shorter than 1 meter. Is delivered with log support and log locking device and screwed up in the rail. Wheel kit Part No. 531 0133-79 The Wheel kit, for transportation of the saw carriage for the band sawmills. It’s delivered with lifting handle. Fits also older band sawmills. Electric Height Adjustment Part No. 531 0133-80 The electric height adjustment is adapted to the sawmill model SM 2155 E. The height adjustment makes it possible to set different wood dimensions. It consists of a three-phase angle gear motor and controls located in the control section of the saw mill. The saw mill is prepared for attachment of both motor unit and controls. The mounting can be done afterwards by means of a simple instruction. It is even possible to use the height adjustment on model SM 2196 if you have access to three-phase alternating current.
