AUTOMOTIVE RUBBER CRAWLER BEACH CLEANING MACHINE BEACH TRACK MULTI Introduction The purpose of this manual is to introduce a series of abilities of the crawler machine BEACH TRACK MULTI, referring also to further attachments that can be mounted on it. In General After further researches and continuous studies of our R&D department, our company would like to introduce the abilities of the well-known machine including a range of new attachments that can properly fulfill the requirements of the global market. Tractor It is about a new and unused tractor with great abilities such as to move bi-directionally in all types of ground. Due to the predispositions that it provides, the various attachments that can be mounted on it, can cover all possible needs. These predispositions concern quick coupling plates and quick couplings for the connection of different attachments. All of the tractor’s operating systems (steering system, brakes etc) are hydraulic. Apart from the tractor’s hydraulic system, there is an autonomous hydraulic system with a single circuit of hydraulic oil, which using a proper triple pump achieves its transmission from the tractor. The vehicle, due to its shape and the use of tracks, is ideal to move in inaccessible places or to sandy, sloughy or snowy ground. Its dimensions make it extremely flexible both inside and outside the city. The attachments that can be mounted onto the tractor are the following: 1. Beach cleaning machines 1.1. It collects all waste and seaweed and consists of the following parts: 1. Front hydraulic lifting system of heavy objects with the attachments’ quick coupling plate, MB 190. 2. Waste bucket. 3. Metallic conveyor belt carbon steel C-40 (galvanized). 4. Attachment of wet / dry sand with rotating plates RW 190. 5. Loading bucket attachment FK 180. 6. Sand layer. The following attachments are provided optionally: 1. Dry sand attachment RB 190 with rotating brushes. 2. Beach pre-cleaning attachment (spike-tooth harrow) P 220. 3. Suctional attachment RV-300. The above-mentioned attachments have proper supports and they are manufactured in such a way that the connection – disconnection from the tractor is fast and easy. The cleaning is achieved by using a suctional turbine through a flexible elastic spiral pipe that is driven by the operator. The suctional turbine achieves its transmission by a hydraulic motor, from the tractor. The waste storage bucket is waterproof and in the inner part it provides a proper filter for enclosing the dust. In its front part, the tractor can take a pre-cleaning attachment (spike-tooth harrow) P 220 as well as a loading bucket FK 180. Seaweed attachment This attachment is able to collect seaweeds that are accumulated on the beach and they are loaded onto a loading deck. BTM-AUTO LOAD attachment for OIL SPILLS It is about an attachment able to confront the pollution of the beaches from oil spills. The classical loading deck has been equipped with a loading bucket specially manufactured that enables it to self-load. This bucket can optionally have a proper system for the seaweed collection, which can be fitted and removed depending on the cleaning needs. The tractor in its front part has a hydraulic system for loading heavy objects, with a quick coupling plate, MB 190 on which can be mounted: the pre-cleaning attachments (spike-tooth harrows) P 220 and PS 220 (this one is more compact and proper for the oil spill cleaning) and the loading bucket attachment FK 180 for the loading onto another machine. Using a proper quick coupling plate, the fitting of the above-mentioned attachments becomes easy and can be achieved in a quick way only by the tractor’s operator. All of the attachments provide supports and are manufactured in such a way that their connection – disconnection from the tractor is extremely fast and easy. Snow blade and salt spreader attachment This attachment can achieve the snowplow as well as the salt spreading on roads during winter time. A proper quick coupling plate UP carries out the suspension of the snow blade onto the tractor. The vehicle, due to its shape and the use of tracks, is ideal for the performance of works on snowy ground. Water wagon attachment FFU 1650 This attachment is able to transfer water to inaccessible places where other vehicles are not able to access. Water may be needed for agricultural, fire fighting or cattle-breeding needs. A water stem is in the internal place of the cabin in order to avoid sudden load shift due to the water’s motion. In the front part of the tractor the pre-cleaning attachment (spike-tooth harrow) P 220 and loading bucket FK 180 can be optionally mounted. Grass-cutting attachment This attachment aims to cut all plants that lie alongside of roads, rivers or in gardens. The grass-cutting arm is fully hydraulic and it is controlled by a proper control. The tractor can optionally have the pre-cleaning attachment (spike-tooth harrow) P 220 as well as the loading bucket FK 180.
