We offer real-time control at the push of a button; engine RPM (toggle up & down incrementally in 100 RPMs), PTO (on or off), up to 3 hydraulic functions, & emergency shut-down. Using our remote controller you can monitor, engine RPM, manure Inlet & outlet pressures, external engine temperature & oil pressure, on the LCD screen which is back lit for night time use There are a number of values that you can preset based on your operating requirements such as, maximum allowable outlet pressure & staged RPM ramp up. Both of these functions help avoid a burst hose during start up & operation due to excessive hose pressure. Maximum pressure drop is also settable, should you blow a hose your outlet pressure will drop dramatically and our unit will immediately recognize that there is an issue & will move your engine back to idle. You also have the ability to preset up to three button RPM values, allowing you to control RPM into & out of corners. Drag-Hose ? Ramp down RPM in to corners & up out of corners ? Operating distance of 3km ? Use our ‘optional’ repeater to enhance signal on hilly terrain, or to increase operating distance ? Emergency stop shut down ? Reduce labour costs ?
