Burchland - Model AGT - Auto Grading Soil Trimmer - Brochure

The AGT allows contractors to cut the correct length for a clear finish and meet the minimum thickness of rock sub-base for a paving job. It will cut roughly one-tenth of a foot higher than the designed finished sub-grade. The trimmer cuts the sub-grade soil to the correct elevation with up to sub-centimeter accuracy. Once it`s at the designed elevation and finished smoothly, the gravel sub-based can be added and trimmed by Burchland`s AGT. By using this method, contractors know the amount of gravel and concrete they will need, so it saves time and material costs.
