Mass Measuring Baler The Challenger Mass Measuring Baler has been developed to weigh, compress and bale a variety of baled materials such as chopped hay, chopped straw, shredded paper, woodchips, woodshavings, etc. They can be manufactured to a wide variety of specifications to manufacture bales with a mass of between 1 kg and 25 kg and can produce bales at a rate of up to 400 bales per hour. These Balers can be supplied in a format where a pre-manufactured polythene bag is placed onto the bale chute, the Baler ejects the bale off the chute, the end is then manually heat sealed or taped up and palletised. Alternatively, a Form, Fill and Seal Bale Packaging Machine can be added at the time of order to automate this process or it can be fitted retrospectively. A metering feed conveyor system will need to be provided by either the client or ourselves as a carefully controlled feed of material is essential to the correct functioning of this equipment and other conveying equipment, rotary screens, palletisation equipment, etc can be manufactured to suit the clients requirements.
