Machine parts not manufactured by the company are not covered by this limited warranty. The company is not liable forany breach of warranty. Parts are subject to the warranty of theoriginal manufacturer and any warranty claim will be taken upwith that manufacturer.2. Claims for said parts must be submitted and processed in accordance with the individual manufacturers instructions.3. This warranty will become void if the company thereof uses the product or any part for any purpose other than that recommended. Similarly this limited warranty shall cease andbecome void if the product is misused, neglected, damaged orlet out without the company's prior consent. The company hasthe right to determine if the product has been misused, abusedor lacked maintenance in any manner mentioned. The companydecision will be final.4. As such they have no rightor authority to assure any obligation to the company.• Dealer travel costs or any other costs incurred incidental todeliveries or repairs.• This limited warranty will not apply to any product that isaltered or modified without the prior written consent of thecompany.10.
