FLAILSHREDDERThe proven, rugged and dependable Balzer Flail Shredder is specicallyengineered for use in corn and grass.All Balzer Shredders are designed and manufactured to e"ciently shredcrop stalks and residue and feature a rugged 1/4" steel aerodynamically-designed hood to increase chopping action without requiring extra poweror fuel. Dynamically balanced cylinders create maximum suction forbetter shredding.Balzer Shredders are available in:Full-Mounted Conventional - #oating three-point hitch mount allowsshredder to follow ground contour for even cutting plus the addedadvantage of a zero turning radius for easy maneuverability and theelimination of PTO chatter. Unit includes rear wheel assemblies which areadjustable for any row spacing. Full mounted Balzer Shredders are available in 12’, 15’, 18’, 20’, 22’, 24’, 25’and 30’ cutting lengths.Pull-Type Conventional - pulls behind tractor from drawbar, easy toattach and detach. Available constant velocity PTO is standard whichallows up to 80 degree turns in the eld with no PTO shaft chatter. Shaftis available with either 1-3/8” or 1-3/4” tractor end. Rear wheelassemblies are adjustable for row spacing and feature removable rockshafts.Pull-Type Balzer Shredders are available in 12’, 15’, 18’, 20’, 22’, 24’, 25’ and30’ cutting lengths. Semi-Mounted Conventional - combines the advantages of the pull-type and full-mounted units, particularly allowing a zero-turning radiuswith no PTO chatter. Includes jack stand and choice of 1-3/8” or 1-3/4”tractor end PTO.Semi-Mounted Balzer Shredders are available in 12’, 15’, 18’, 20’, 22’, 24’,25’ and 30’ cutting lengths.Windrow Shredder (Pull-Type or Full-Mounted) - this shredder designallows you to shred your crop residue and windrow in one easy fastoperation. Unit can also function as a conventional style shredder.
