Product Overview

We manufacture a complete line of dry bulk material handling equipment for the fertilizer industry, including, but not limited to:

Rotary blend systems in 2, 5, 6, 8,10, and 13 ton capacity
Vertical auger blend systems in 6, 8, 10, 13 and 16 ton capacity
Complete line of fertilizer receiving equipment
Tending equipment, both side discharge and rear discharge, in 8, 10, 16, and 24 ton capacity
A full line of fertilizer and lime spreading equipment, starting at 2 ton capacity

We utilize the latest technology in the entire production process from initial design to the finished product. Our in house engineering team uses state-of-the-art CAD systems that ensure proper part fit, long before production ever begins. The fabrication team utilizes CNC Lasers, CNC Press Brakes, CNC Milling Machines, and CNC Lathes to produce these parts to the highest standards. Parts then move to one of our assembly areas, where the parts are put into jigs and fixtures. These jigs and fixtures ensure that each product is built consistently. Once assembled, the products move to our powder coating department. Each product is then shot blasted to remove oil, scaling, and dirt before the final powder coating process. An environmentally friendly powder coat paint booth provides a consistent finish while the bake oven cures paint at 400 degrees for durability and long life.

Customer Service

There are hundreds of Doyle quality products operating in over 60 countries worldwide. All equipment is assembled and tested at our factory prior to shipment. Equipment is shipped as fully assembled as possible. For US customers, we offer our own fleet of trucks to deliver, set-up your new system, and take down your old equipment. For customers outside the US, we offer a full freight forwarding service, from our factory to your port of choice or your facility location.

Visitors are always welcome at our facilities. You can tour our production facilities and see operational blend plants within a 50 mile radius of the factory. Also, you can watch our state of the art lasers in action, to see the quality workmanship we pride ourselves in. Please contact us prior to your visit to make arrangements.
