Upon request longer lengths can be made to suit individual requirements.Typically, weaner troughs (2) are 5’’ wide x 3’’ deep.The float box can easily be accessed by removing the lid. The other end is sloped for easy cleaning. The version with the Aqua-Level valve has both ends sloped instead of the float box at one end.The troughs can be wall or floor mounted.Weaner Drinker Tanks3. A convenient solution for providing clean water in straw yards, tents or cosi-kennels. Standard tanks are supplied with fitted float valve, lid and 2 rows of bite drinkers above the bottom trough. Typical capacity of the standard 4ft long tank is approx. 120 litres. Available in galvanised finish. Standard length: 4ft long (1.20m). (Longer tanks made to order.)4. It works by a simple vacuum function and requires mains pressure (2 bar or more). The Aqua-Level valve can be easily fitted on top of a ½’’ stainless steel water pipe (minimum recommended length 800mm).Benefits Better milk production from sows Less incidence of sows ‘drying up’ Higher weaning weights Readily available water stimulate intake in early weaned pigsLactating sows can drink up to 40 litres of water per day. The Aqua level Valve provides a constant level of water in the farrowing trough so that the sow can drink sufficient amounts of water easily without great effort or the flow restriction of a trough drinker.It is easy to install via a ½” BSP thread and can be isolated by a lever mechanism on the front face.DosatronIn line medicator for accurate injection of water soluble medications, vitamins, electrolytes and nutritional supplements. The medicator is installed parallel to the main water supply and isolated via a set of valves. This allows instant and simple application of the required treatment.
