Through state-of-the-art forging and heat treatment equipment, BRÜCK ensures the mechanical properties of our duplex stainless steel forgings. Through the production of near to final shape forgings and rings, we optimize the grain flow and cooling behaviour at quenching. Highest possible cooling rates are ensured by machining close to final dimensions prior to heat treatment and highly effective agitated quenching bathes, specially designed for duplex forgings.
