Therefore the milking parlours are equipped with heavy stalling constructions made from thick galvanized steel, robust milk claws, durable and simple components for easy maintenance at low costs. The Dutchlac milking equipment will work under any circumstance. Under the Dutchlac milking system program, we can supply herringbone, rapid exit side by side and rotary milking parlours. The electronic system and electrical components like the control cabinet for milk measurement equipment, automatic cluster removal, pulsators and valves are installed for hygienic reasons and for safe protection in a stainless steel cabinet.A Dutchlac milking parlour is easy to work with and shows a good overview of the cows during milking. Service can easily be done by local engineers. The unique design of the Dutchlac clusters makes infection almost impossible and secures a stable vacuum inside the liners. On large farms where they are used to work with different groups of milkers, it is of the utmost importance to collect all the information both from the cows as from the responsible people during milking. All this information is integrated in the Dutchlac Milking System. For automatic identification, the milking parlour can be designed in such a way that every cow stand has its own antenna reading the information from the transponders. All data from the milk meters like milk yield, conductivity measurement to detect mastitis and all other relative information is automatically transferred to the management computer program as well as on the displays in the milking parlour.Additional heat detection can be integrated in the transponders to detect animals in heat who needs to be inseminated.Cleaning of the milking equipment is done automatically. The Dutchlac exit system is a unique design that enablesthe cows to change positions very quickly. The sorting gate controlled by the computer is selecting those cows who are in need of treatment and will automatically guide them to the treatment area. The special Dutchlac backing gate is designed to push the cows gently to the milking parlour.DUTCHLAC profess iona l da i ry so lu t ionsTelephone: +31 (0)58 2154288Telefax: +31 (0)58 2154104E-mail: info@ploegint.nlWebsite: www.ploegint.nlP.O.
