DYNASWIRL® AND STRATOJET® BUBBLE GENERATORSDYNAFLOW, INC. has developed large flow rate bubble generators based on itstwo patented DYNASWIRL® and STRATOJET® technologies. The DYNASWIRL® bubble generatorgenerates a highly rotating flow to create a very low pressure at the center of a vortexwhich cavitates. This cavitation results in vortex breakdown near the orifice andgeneration of very fine bubbles. Air or other gases can be easily introduced into thegenerator to enhance gas transfer. The STRATOJET® bubble generator utilizes a passiveacoustic resonance created by flow interaction with the nozzle and upstream chambersto induce the formation of large vortical ring cavities which break up to generate veryfine bubbles.Both DYNASWIRL® and STRATOJET® bubble generators are scalable and versatile,and can be made to different scales and flow rates and can be custom designed andfabricated to meet the customer specific application requirements. The bubblegenerators also allow production of bubble sizes ranging from nanometers tomillimeters depending on the configuration and application.
