First, one ring segment is completed. Using a special jack-system, the entire first ring is lifted from the slab foundation and the second segment ring is built underneath. This way, the tank is erected from top to bottom and can be built in record time safely on the ground.FARMATIC tanks and digesters can be constructed quickly and anywhere. They can easily be disassembled, relocated, or expanded.Individual steel sheets of statically necessary thickness are cut and milled at the factory according to FARMATIC specifications. Steel sheets are cleaned and coated twice with the glass coating on both sides. Coa-ting thickness varies from 180 - 360 µm, according to necessity.The double coating is burned in an oven at 870° Celsius and glass and steel bond into the new composite material. Each steel sheet is tested for quality individually. The external membrane of the tank cover is held in place and slightly pressurised by a radial blower.Gooseneck construction DN 150Our gooseneck piping solution enables safe loading and unloading of tank contents through a standard pipe. The nozzle inside the tank ends at ground level. The pipe dia-meter is variable according to your needs.Fixed slurry mixer with directional booster Extremely effective for dissolving thick floating layers and sediments. No external foundation socket neces-sary. Secure installation on four steel beams.
