The harvester model G-89/93 DS40″ combines all the best characteristics of the previous models. The belted chain, with blades at differentiated heights, has a greater conveyance capacity and is capable of feeding the two electronic levelled sorters with 40 channels with an abundant flow of 105 cm in width of tomatoes. The presence of two electronic sorters fitted one after the other means that the tomato harvester can work self-sufficiently in the presence of very high percentages of green tomatoes, even without workers on board. The first sorter eliminates almost all of the green tomato and the next rejects clods of earth, stones and finishes off the sorting phase based on the colour desired.
