Its forged iron reduction gears, cam shaft and mating cam rods convert the engine speed to blade speeds that cut at an astonishing 40.55 inches per second. This ultra high speed produces multiple cuts at each pass thereby signifi cantly increasing your productivity.The tempered steel blades on the PHT3000V are specially engineered with a unique chemical compound that produces a razor-like edge that stays sharper longer yet is highly resistant to breakage and is easy to sharpen.
