Header lift capacity is guaranteed, with the powerful lift cylinders, up to 1.750 kg.rEV moduLE, INNoVAtIoN thAt INCrEAsEs JoB VErsAtILItYThe threshing components have been optimized to suit all the threshed crops. They are composed of: a robust drum with 8 bars, featuring a continuous beating profile that treats the grain delicately but at the same time in an efficient way, the concave with an exclusive independent regulating mechanism, which can be found on both the inlet and outlet sides and finally the innovative REV module.A good threshing apparatus must quickly adapt to the ever changing harvesting conditions, so as to prevent the grain and straw from being damaged and to guarantee the utmost performance from the combine. This is why Laverda proposes the REV module alongside the conventional tried-and tested threshing components. It is composed of: a post-drum (REV drum) and an extension to the concave (REV segment) that can be adjusted to 3 different positions and is the ideal component when it comes to versatile and all-purpose use of the combine. The 20% increase in the separation surface, the augment of the winding angle to 120° and the delicate way the straw is conveyed to the straw walkers, are all decisive features that contribute to the effectiveness and success of Laverda’s M 200.Moreover, the front and rear concave are electronically adjustable inde-pendently from the cab. This allows the combine to be quickly adapted to different types of crops in all types of conditions.rEVmoduLEREV modulesupErIor QuALItY ANd produCtIVItY ArE A pArt of thE stANdArd EQuIpmENtThe comprehensive lighting system with adjustable headlights allowsyou to work at night with total visibility for as long as the harvesting conditions allow.The standard equipment includes 6.500 litre grain tank with an unloading rate of up to 85 litres per second. These large grain tanks and the fast discharge action allow the combines to achieve considerable daily The generously sized grain pan prepares the “grain chaff” and is the start of the cleaning process before the material reaches the sieves and fan. The HCD High Capacity Design adjustable sieves, with their special profile and opposing action, are part of the standard equipment on the M 200 combine: they clean the grain to a high standard and make the whole process more efficient, thanks to their exclusive design.The powerful fan with a differential flow rate has two air inlets at the sides and one at the top. It is activated by a hydraulic mechanism and can be used for all crops. If the straw is to be baled, Laver-da’s straw chopper can be deactivated by simply moving the deflector which disengages it. Available with a 52-bladed rotor, La-verda’s straw chopper efficiently chops the straw thanks to the regulating ser-rated counter-blades and the charac-teristic adjustable dimpled base plate. AGCO POWER ENGINESCLEAN powEr, for pErformANCE wIthout CompromIsETo get the very most out of the M 200 combine, we have chosen the new emission level stage III/B Agco Powerengines designed for low fuel con-sumption, maximum economy and long life expectancy.These engines have SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) technology, which reduce atmospheric emissions without any negative effects on operations and maintenance, just a more efficient fuel use and therefore reducing operating costs.EXCLusIVE tEChNoLoGY for rICEFor working on rice, a specific drumhas been designed with teeth arranged over 12 bars. The drum has great inertial mass that ensures stability of the system for the delicate treatment of the rice. The rice concave, an exclusive Laverda design, is also toothed, with large discharge surfaces that are ideal for processing particularly damp and infested crops. The Multi Crop Separator Plus has a specific shape and comes with special wear proof components, as do the augers and elevators. This ensures that the components are longer lasting and offer maximum separation from the straw. Laverda’s M 200 Rice version combines are equipped with tracks, self-lubricating rollers and large pressure blocks to achieve an optimal floating action and make the combine easy to manoeuvre on rice fields. Every machine configured for rice, in addition to having hardox components, has had all of the parts where the product passes undergo a special treatment: from the augers to the crop elevator to the grain tank.
