Most common problems occur on the bar rails and are usually caused by: Lack of lubrication; Do not use Hydraulic oil, diesel or used oil from engines etc..: A saw chain and bar must never run dry, resulting in shorter life of saw bar and chain. Make sure that you are getting oil out to the saw bar tip. Sometimes the oil hole on the bar needs cleaning or the lubrication pump can be faulty!
