Model AN900 - Infrared Transmittance Rice Composition Analyzer Brochure

This simple-to-use instrument measures protein, amylose and moisture content in rice.  The AN900 is factory calibrated to handle short and long grain brown rice as well as milled (white) rice.  Testing can be accurately achieved without pre processing the samples by husking and grinding that is often required in competitive devices.  This dramatically reduces the overall test cycle allowing you to focus on improving product quality and not on sampling and prep work.To test a sample, simply fill the sample case with rice and insert the case into the slot on the top of the AN900.  In less than 30 seconds all of the measurement components are displayed on the large digital screen and output to your computer or optional printer.
