Model HSAB - Billet Harvester Brochure

Constrained by the harvesting and planting methods of the 1990`s, HSAB pioneered a new technique that is more in tune with the growing ambitions of the salix biomass industry. Using the BILLET HARVESTER, the bulk production of cuttings for planting becomes particularly efficient and when applied to large scale projects, reduces planting costs by at least 50%. We have proven the billet system by establishing more than 300 hectares of salix in Sweden and recently expanded the technique to include poplar.
