This simple-to-use device allows the user to maintain correct moisture content when drying paddy rice in a circulating dryer. Simply set the moisture control to the desired moisture content and turn the selector switch to the automatic mode. Using electrical resistance, individual kernels are captured in the sensor and their moisture content obtained.   The dryer will be stopped when the grain moisture reaches the desired level.  Correct drying will occur each time, optimizing production, while eliminating loss due to production errors.The bright LED display shows the moisture content as the drying process occurs. The manual mode allows the operator to further customize the drying process.  While this system is factory calibrated to exacting industry standards, a bias correction dial allows the user to accurately correlate against local standards if necessary.
