The design philosophy underlying the new ROTEX AVANT NT project, was not to develop an alternative to the already existing haymaking machines, but to create something new: a superior technology, uncompromising safety and total construction quality. The ROTEX AVANT NT range includes light and compact-sized mowers and front-disk mower conditioners to be able to adapt them, in addition to traditional tractors, also to isodiametric tractors and special tractors designed for pasture mowing. To make the most of the potential of the new generations of tractors, more and more firms request machines that can be applied in “front” of the operator, since they are more convenient and less bulky than the classic side-rear ones or for combined use with them. The load-bearing frame of the ROTEX AVANT NT machine has a linear and compact structure, as well as being light and sturdy. Designed to significantly reduce the overhang of the machines in relation to the tractors, it optimises weight distribution, thereby making the “combined” machines steadier.
