The Burrows Enterprises LLC warrants products sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for agricultural applications and for a period of ninety (90) days for industrial applications after the date of delivery to the purchaser subject to the following conditions: 1. Burrows Ent. LLC obligation and liability under this warranty is to repair or replace at the company’s option, any parts which upon manufacture were defective in material or workmanship.
