In addition, Schuitemaker is the importer and distributor of Epoke winter machines for the Netherlands. 2 | 3 More than 65 years ago, Schuitemaker started building manure spreaders for processing solid manure. In the 1950’s, Schuitemaker launched the well-known SMS-3000, which was patented in five countries. Since those days, Schuitemaker substantially extended its range of products in the area of manure processing, offering the right machine for any application and circumstances. Developments in the f ield of manure processing have not stopped in recent decades. Legislat ion in various countr ies has forced dairy farmers to spread their manure on the land within a certain t imeframe and in a certain manner. Schuitemaker machines meet al l the requirements and standards of the modern dairy farmer who is forced to fol low the rules and regulations. 4 | 5 Schuitemaker manufactures vacuum tanks under the brand name of Perfekta; pump tank wagons are sold under the name of Robusta. The tanks range from the 8000-litre single-axle wagon to the 34000-litre Quattro. These slurry tankers can be fitted with various types of vacuum pumps and displacement pumps with a 6000 to 14000 litres a minute capacity. The single-axle slurry tankers are available with a tank capacity of 10000 to 12000 litres. Professional from start to finish TANDEM-AXLE SLURRY TANKER Optimal distribution of weight. Optimal distribution of weight. 6 | 7 Flexibility and more comfort The tandem-axle wagon is most suitable for less solid grounds. The tandem-axle wagon has a track-following axle and a forced steered axle is optional. This gives even more comfort and flexibility while driving in the field and on the road. It also prevents wheel marks. The capacity of the tanks varies from 8400 to 20000 litres. The tank models come with or without wheel housing, allowing various tyre sizes. Efficiency on four wheels VARIO-SPREAD AXLE The axle can be spread up to 3.50 m 8 | 9 Vario-spread axle Schuitemaker developed the vario-spread axle. This feature ensures perfect ground pressure and efficiency on your ground. The vario tanks are able to spread the axle machanically from 1.90 m up to 3.50.m With the spread axle you will get a better weight distribution and less ground pressure. Perfect efficiency for your tank. This feature can be used on single-axle and tandem-axle tankers. Perfect ground pressure 3 AND 4-AXLE SLURRY TANKER All axles torsion-free steering. 10 | 11 There is an increasing demand for high-capacity tanks. Schuitemaker believes in the importance of the slurry tanker remaining properly manageable, even under the most difficult circumstances. Torsion-free steering of all three axles is a unique feature of the tridem slurry tanker thanks to its innovative design. It also ensures minimal wear of the tyres and wheeling damage. The tridem, fitted with a variable tyre pressure system, can also be used as a slurry injector. The 4-axle Quattro has a 34.000-litre capacity and similar features of the tridem. These pump tank wagons are often used, in combination with a manure sampling unit and a special calibrated weighing system, for the transportation of manure ‘from one farmer to another’. As in the case of the tridem, the Quattro can be fitted with hydraulic springing. The Quattro is a very complete machine, also suitable as a slurry injector. Now it’s time to introduce the next generation of slurry injection equipment, the Schuitemaker Exacta range Schuitemaker HYDROCARE system As the injectors are getting wider and wider, it gets more and more important to ensure an equal pressure on the discs and injection system over the total working with. Schuitemaker therefore launches the new HYDROCARE system. This system ensures a perfect groundfollowing by putting hydraulic pressure on every element. Every single element is reacting individually on obstacles and different circumstances. The best treatment for your grassland SMS & CALYPSO SPREADERS More than 80 years of experience in manurespreaders. 14 | 15 Most people are familiar with Schuitemaker’s SMS manure spreader. The quality and soundness for which Schuitemaker is known, goes particularly for these wagons. The wagon has galvanised side panels and a hydraulically driven, heavy deck chain. The speed of the deck chain is continuously variable and the process of spreading is facilitated by way of horizontally positioned beaters. All these features ensure optimal use and a long life of the wagon. The latest developments in the range of manure spreaders are the Calypso universal broadcast spreaders. Suitable for spreading manure, compost, lime and garden waste, among other things. The Calypso comes in four models: 8, 10, 18 and 24 tons, as a single or tandem axle model, while the steel loading floor with galvanised side panels are standard features.
