The self-propelled machine from Agrometer has been developed through more than 15 years, and is one of the most ef? cient ways of spreading slurry. Slurry Injection the Clever Way The umbilical Slurry Reel System is the injection technique for the future, which gives you much better opportunities to have the full bene? t from the slurry. The machine works non-stop in the ? eld, and the slurry is continuously pumped to the injector via pipes and hoses. You change tramline like any other farming equipment. The patented hose guide arm automatically ensures that the hose is coiled perfectly on the drum. The machine is easy to move to another location. A valve makes it possible to transport the machine without emptying the hose, thus saving a lot time and work. You can start slurry spreading earlier with the SRS machine, than with a regular slurry tanker. With great results Because of extremely wet ? elds in the 2011 spring, most farm- ers throughout the region had serious trouble starting the slur- ry spreading in due time. At Gut Hohen Luckow they did not have this problem. The very low weight of the SDS 7000 made it possible to start working in the ? elds as usual in early March, several weeks earlier than with an conventional slurry tanker.
