Strategic Plan - Brochure

The Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario was founded in 1979 by innovative and forward-looking farmers at the cutting edge of developing ecological farming practices. Now, more than forty years later, many of these practices are firmly in the mainstream. It is now widely accepted, both within the farming community and among the general public, that ecological farming practices are essential to combatting the climate crisis, and to ensuring that we have abundant, healthy and nutritious food, clean water, biodiverse landscapes and better livelihoods for farmers.
