Sweere - Model VCS-100 - Universal Vegetable Cutter - Datasheet

This machine is designed to cut off tops and tails or cutting various sizes. The machine can be used to cut; sweet corn, carrots, celery, zucchini or other longer produce. The saw is capable of cutting ears of either husked or unhusked sweet corn. The system is manually fed by operators orienting and positioning the ears onto the conveyor. This conveyor takes the cob to the cutting head where it is cut to a size based on the customer` set up. The cutting locations are easily changed by changing the position of knives on the shaft, also the knives are easily removable.
