Tenrit - Model MSS - Multi-Disc Peeling Machine Brochure

The TENRIT multi-disc peeling machine is suitable for continual blade / carborundum disc peeling of potatoes (raw / cooked / jacket potatoes), various other tubers, roots, some fruits and some cooked products. The product to be peeled is passed through a conveyor through many small blades/ carborundum peeling discs*. The particularly gentle peeling of the product results e.g. in an extended shelf life for potatoes.
