It handles most types of feed, from wet to dry, from long to short material. The machine delivers an even and good feed output, thanks to the unique knife drum with 36 double knives and automation with pressure regulation. K2 CombiCutter is very well suited as a manual feed output machine where one wishes large capacity for feed output. It can be equipped with a floor carriage or can be hung up on rails to move on the feed table. Both ceiling operation and carriages on wheels have frequency control for a soft start/stop. One can choose whether one will have doors or fixed sides on the machine. This means that the machine always works optimally in relation to requirements and consistency of the coarse feed. A resistance sensor measures how much power is used, and if this is exceeded the machine stops quickly, then continues feed output. K2 CombiCutter 1200 and 1600The machine can now be delivered in two different widths: 1600mm as previously and 1200mm for those who need a narrower machine. Everything is the same apart from the width. Interior measurement of K2 1600 is 135cm and K2 1200 is 96cm.K2 1200 takes almost all types of feed, apart from whole round bales. It can be delivered stationary or hung on rails (not floor carriage) and can be equipped with a side feed output. The 1600 model is delivered in two lengths, 2.8m3 and 3.6m3 The 1200 model 2.5m3 and 3.2m3K2 COMBICUTTER MagazineThe magazine increases storage capacity and can be delivered in 3m + 3 and 1m sections. The magazine can be filled with round bales, silage or loose feed from the mixer. K2 CombiCutter is refilled from the magazine as needed. A magazine can be used together with stationary machines and those hung on rails. 1. A stationary machine with a magazine installed can deliver directly down to the feeding table or deliver to other feeding systems, such as conveyors in the roof, APF or feed output machine. Automation ensures filling of the K2 CombiCutter from the magazine as required. K2 CombiCutter installed together with the magazine in this way can be started by remot e control from the other feeding systems. 2. K2 CombiCutter hung on rails can fetch feed from a stationary magazine. The magazine can then only be filled with round bales. The machine is driven along the rails, docks in to the magazine and fetches a new bale when required. Both the K2 CombiCutter and magazine are operated manually. Side feed outputK2 can be equipped with a side feed output so that the feed can be put out at the side. Groups can then be fed on each side of the feeding table. The side feed output can be delivered in different lengths so the machine can serve feed table widths of up to 4m.hanging on rails K2 CombiCutter can be equipped with wheels for moving on the feed table during feed output. This is most suitable where hanging on rails is not possible or when one shall serve several feeding tables.
