The Northern California Section of IFT (NCIFT) has coordinated a symposium in conjunction with our Suppliers` Night and IFT`s Quality Management and Fruit & Vegetable Product Divisions. The symposium features speakers from 4 companies who are at the forefront of new food innovation. They will present how they got their ideas, how they have turned that idea into a real product and where they are headed in the marketplace. Join us to hear from Perfect Day Foods about their milk proteins that are not from cows; from MeliBio about their bee-free honey; from Zero Acre Foods about their fermentation sourced oils; and from Sundial Foods about their plant-based, bone-in, skin-on ‘chicken’ products.
