This webinar will provide a foundation for attendees to understand water reuse. This webinar is for water industry professionals who want to learn more about water reuse but have had minimal prior exposure to the topic. Covering the basics, the webinar allows attendees to become comfortable with water reuse concepts and terminology.

The main point of this webinar would be to provide a background on Reuse in the US (with some perspectives around world) using a history of reuse, the major benefits of reuse, the applicable treatment processes/facilities, summary of the institutional barriers, potential costs, and what the reuse industry will look like in the future.  This is intended to cover the basics of water reuse as a valid water resource. It will not include advanced research material. At the end of the webinar, attendees would be able to know where reuse started, where we think reuse will end up in the future, and how we will get there (essentially the basis for reuse and the reasons that it’s a good idea). Specific topics that will be covered include:
