The international trade fair AgroExpoSiberia is the ideal platform to enter the Siberian market
The modernization of the livestock farming segment in Novosibirsk Region is the priority of the investment policy for the region’s agricultural sector. In 2011, a total of 65 investment projects were realized in Novosibirsk Region under the departmental programme "Construction of Milk-, Meat- and Livestock-Producing Complexes". The projects amounted to investments of RUB 11 billion in 2011, exceeding the investments in 2010 by RUB 3 billion in a ratio of approximately 3:1 in agricultural production and the processing sector.

Due to these investments in Novosibirsk region, the agricultural output has increased steadily within the last years. Moreover, the index of industrial production of Novosibirsk Region is higher than the average of Russian output.

In spite of the investments already made, the huge agricultural potential of Novosibirsk Region is still unexploited and provides, therefore, high export opportunities for agricultural machinery and modern technology. The international trade fair AgroExpoSiberia is the ideal platform for international companies to enter the Siberian market as it covers all fields of the agricultural sector.

At the first edition in 2012, over 100 companies from 13 countries - among them KUHN, Amazone, Petkus, Farmet and Bauer - presented their products and solutions to 5,000 visitors. Again, Germany will be represented with a national pavilion and for the first time France as well.
