1941 Miller Manufacturing Company founded featuring the Little Giant® Brand of Poultry products for both the commercial and noncommercial farmer, rancher, and hobbyist.
1996 Purchased by Dennis Frandsen of Frandsen Corporation in Rush City, MN.
2002 Acquired Hot-Shot Products Company, Inc. The Hot-Shot® brand is the industry standard when it comes to electric livestock prods that assist in the movement and transportation of livestock.
2003 Introduced its Pet Lodge™ brand of pet products, now including over 150 items for pets and small animals.
2014 API became the latest addition to the breadth of Miller Manufacturing brands. From heated bird baths to the tank de-icers, API`s product line allowed Miller to offer an even more inclusive product line to our distributors and customers.
2005 Consolidated three of its five facilities into a 290,000 square foot manufacturing and distributing center located in Glencoe, MN.
2007 Acquired Springer Magrath in 2007 and later became a division of Miller Manufacturing.
Beginning in 2012, Miller began a 3-year construction plan to expand their Glencoe facility by an additional 90,000 square feet, bringing more American-made products to the farm, ranch and pet market
2012 Acquired the Farm Store division of Double L Group, broadening and strengthening the product offerings of the Little Giant® brand and the Springer Magrath division.
