Evers - Model Orlov Vario -4-Bar Disc Harrow
The 4-row Vario Disc model is particularly suitable for situations with a lot of plant residues, such as maize grain, corn cob silage, and grass seed stubble. High and tough stubbles are easily cut and then completely mixed into the top layer of the soil. The wide disc spacing creates a smooth flow and guarantees working without blockages. Even more intensive mixing is essential when growing grain, because of larger quantities of straw and stubble residues.
The Evers 4-bar Vario Disc can be used for
- intensive stubble cultivation on light and medium-heavy soils
- seedbed preparation
- incorporating green manure
Thanks to the unique infinitely adjustable disc angle, the Vario Disc harrow is suitable for all soil conditions. On a dry or a wet surface, and no matter what soil texture, the light acting Vario-Disc gives excellent results over large areas. Also for soils with stones and other obstacles Evers has the perfect disc harrow: the disc harrow with individual rubber suspension.
Optimal adjustment through continuously variable angle adjustment of the discs
The Vario-Disc 4-bar disc harrow is a powerful and solid stubble cultivator. This piece of equipment is also very suitable for incorporating green manure. Cultivation is intensive, homogeneous and comprehensive, because all rows of the Vario-Disc 4-bar disc harrow can be adjusted separately to work in perfect harmony in the process.
Each disc is individually suspended and the angle of the discs can be continuously variably adjusted for each row for maximum tillage under any circumstances.
Suitable for all soil types
The Vario-Disc 4-bar disk harrow also works well under difficult circumstances. On hard soil, poorly distributed stubble residues and fallow land, for instance. Problem-free working, thanks to the unique continuously variable adjustment system. Rough plant residues or green manure are cut off and completely incorporated in one go, with much better results through this one operation. The crop residues will faster decompose to create a nutrient-rich humus layer on the field.
If the soil requires deeper tillage, the Vario-Disc can be combined with a pre-cultivator, allowing two operations to be carried out at once.
