This high density 17cc’s cell volume 26 x 13 inch tray is ideal for processing tomatoes, as well as celery, broccoli and cabbage.
There is a constant angle from the top of the cell to the drain hole which helps the roots to flow easily down the cell and pull out more easily. Cells also feature vertical root training ribs in the centre of the cell wall. These not only create excellent roots that make the plant easy to pull, they also create a vertical chimney which aids aeration of the root ball and drainage. This all means a higher quality plant that is more likely to survive transplanting and grow vigorously.
