Aceetochlor

Acetochlor is a pre-emergence herbicide which is widely used for control of most annual grasses and certain broadleaf weeds in the field of maize, soybean, sunflower and peanut. The mode of action is that acetochtor prevents the growth of budlets and young roots by irritating metabolism of nucleic acid and synthesis of protein in the bodies of weeds.
